An important mission of the Colorado buyer’s agents Association is to exclusively serve home buyers. Every broker and agent that is a member works to protect home buyers, their rights, and their interests.
Right now, that is more important than ever. Home buyers have an opportunity to find a great deal- both on the price of the loan, and on the price of the home. But, the responsibility of home ownership cannot be taken lightly, no matter how good the deal may be.
That is why it is so critical to have an experienced, honest, knowledgeable agent on your team. Someone that can answer your questions. Someone that can protect your interests. And that is what buyer agency is all about.
Right now there is a lot of intimidating news on the subject of real estate and home ownership. Equally, there is a lot of news about a time of opportunity. Many experts reconcile the two different sides to the real estate coin by saying that the market is local. It can be healthy in one city, and getting worse in another.
Home Owner Interview Series: Highlighting Colorado Cities and a Look at the Local Market
So, in line with the mission of Colorado Buyers Agents Association, we are going to take a look at the important question of homeownership specifically in Colorado by beginning a series of interviews of real home buyers in our neighborhoods.
I will be asking home owners questions about their neighborhoods. What is it like to live there? What kind of people enjoys living there? Also, we’ll take a look at questions about the home ownership process. What were your concerns? How long did it take? Do you have any regrets?
Home ownership has been wonderful for my family, and I have no regrets. What has it been like for other home owners in Colorado? Are they experiencing the benefits of a good opportunity? Or are the regretting the decision?
