I am really excited to talk about buying a vacation home in Steamboat Springs this week! Don’t get me wrong, I love Aspen, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Durango…but Steamboat Springs has a special place in my heart. I will be happy to look into a 1,000 square foot condo model for average sale price, monthly mortgage rate, rental income potential, and many other awesome things about Steamboat Springs.

You won’t ever find yourself saying, “What should we do tonight?” Steamboat is packed full of great places to hang out. The Tugboat is a local pub that is a great relaxed atmosphere for skiers and boarders mingle after a long day on the runs. If you head to the Rio Grande, remember they make their margaritas with a little extra kick! Although they have a cutoff limit, you might not even get close to reaching it before you cut yourself off.
While the sun is shining…
As usual, this being a ski town and all, the ski resorts are top-notch. In addition to the great Colorado powder, you can chill in the hot springs, hike in the glorious mountains, show off your skills at the local skatepark, or pull out your clubs. The Haymaker Golf Course is one you can not miss!
